Retail Hub is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a part-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing vendor payments and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. As our e-commerce platform continues to grow, your contributions will be vital to maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our operational success.

In your role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring that all vendor payments are made on time, and reconciling discrepancies in accounts. You will collaborate closely with our finance team to streamline payment processes and implement best practices for accounting accuracy. This position requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will need to identify and address any issues that may arise in the accounts payable process.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will also assist in monthly closings and provide necessary reports to help management make informed decisions. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy will be crucial in this role.
