Job Title: E-commerce Operations Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Operations Officer to take complete ownership of our online business operations. This role involves managing marketplaces, improving product visibility, handling inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management:
    • Handle complete operations of Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts
    • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, keywords, images, descriptions)
    • Monitor product rankings, visibility, and sales performance
  • Order & Inventory Management:
    • Track daily orders, returns, and cancellations
    • Coordinate with warehouse/production team for stock availability
    • Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
  • Performance & Growth:
    • Plan and execute sales strategies (offers, discounts, bundles)
    • Run and optimize ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
    • Analyze sales reports and suggest improvements

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO & keyword optimization
  • Knowledge of ads (Amazon PPC preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination ability
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years in e-commerce or marketplace operations
  • Experience in cosmetics/personal care industry is a plus
